The Milwaukee Brewers have one of the most plentiful combinations of jerseys and hats for their uniforms.
This season, they add another one that links the past and present.
In 2016, the Brewers will wear a 1980's ball-and-glove design hat to go with a "Milwaukee" script jersey in navy and yellow.
They plan to mainly use it on Sundays, both at home and on the road.
It joins this list of designs:
- Home: White with "M" cap, white pinstripe with "ball and glove" cap, "Cerveceros" jersey with "M" cap, Negro League tribute jersey to "Milwaukee Bears"
- Road: Gray with "M" cap
- Home and road: Navy "Brewers" script jersey with "M" cap
These will be discontinued:
- Navy "Milwaukee" script jersey with "M" cap, gold "Brewers" script jersey with "M" cap
Other jerseys could be unveiled for theme days this year.
