The Milwaukee Bucks introduced their first-round draft pick, D.J. Wilson, at a press conference Monday, and he rocked an emerald green suit in his first appearance as a Buck.
Wilson, a 6-foot-10 forward out of Michigan, was the 17th overall pick.
In his introductory press conference, Wilson touted his versatility on both sides of the court as well as his length.
"Length fits in perfectly with this team, and my nick name @Lanky_Smoove fits in with the Bucks" -- D.J. Wilson

Wilson joins a frontcourt led by 6-foot-11 Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was named to the NBA's All-Defensive Second Team Monday. He will be wearing a No. 5 jersey.
This past season at Michigan, the redshirt sophomore averaged 11.0 points and a team-high 5.3 rebounds per game. He also lead the Wolverines with 57 blocks and shot 53.8 percent from the field, including 37.3 beyond the arc. Wilson was an instrumental part of Michigan's Big 10 Tournament championship in 2017.
