Milwaukee Brewers closer Corey Knebel has been named to the National League All-Star Game roster, the Brewers announced Sunday night.

The right-handed pitcher just set an MLB record for relief pitchers, throwing at least one strikeout in 40 consecutive games. In those 40 games, Knebel owns a 1.13 ERA and 68 strikeouts for the NL Central-leading Brewers.
The 88th MLB All-Star Game will be played July 11 in Miami.
