In a battle of unbeaten girls basketball teams Appleton North blew by Milwaukee King in the WIAA Divison 1 State semifinals 75-52 Friday night.
Milwaukee King entered the game ranked 20th in the nation by "USA Today" but the group had no answer for the fast pace played by Appleton North.
Guard Sydney Levy led the way with 19 points, one of five Appleton North girls to reach double figures. North shot an incredible 60% from the field in the second half to secure the victory.
Appleton North will play for the Division 1 State championship Saturday.
