KEWAUNEE COUNTY, Wis. — A man wearing a ski mask robbed a woman who tried to be a Good Samaritan Monday night in Kewaunee County, according to Sheriff Matt Joski.

Sheriff's deputies got the call to CTH C near CTH A in the Township of Casco just before 8:15 p.m., according to a news release.

A woman reported she was headed southbound on CTH C, spotted a vehicle stopped along the road, and stopped to see if someone needed help, authorities said.

A tall man with a knife then approached the woman and demanded money, authorities said.

After getting the woman's purse, the man left, authorities said. He's described as being in his early 20s and wearing a black jacket and a black ski mask, authorities said.

The other vehicle is described as a dark, full-size pickup truck with no cap; it left northbound on CTH C, according to the news release.
