APPLETON, Wis. — It was a celebration with Santa at the Grand Meridian Banquet in Appleton on Saturday.
Mr. Claus took some time of out his busy schedule to join children with disabilities and their families.
People who join this event every year say it's always a special opportunity.
"It's an event that I find that everyone can participate in," Morgan Gehrt said. "There's something that's I think for everyone here and it's a really safe environment for kids to be free and to be themselves and to really enjoy the holiday season."
Families say it's also a great way for the kids and parents to meet and connect with friends every year,
