BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) -- The St. John's Homeless Shelter has formed a new partnership to help meet a busy need for services during the coronavirus pandemic.

Together with God's Purpose Apparel, the shelter and business have created a T-shirt campaign. The shirts highlight the mission of St. John's with the words "love", "worthy", and "hope".

"Those are the things we try to instill in the guests that we serve each and every day,” director of community engagement Alexa Priddy said. “We want everybody to feel that they’re worthy of just the best possible life that they can have.”

There are multiple goals and benefits to the campaign. First, 100-percent of the proceeds go to back to St. John's. It also is a way to create awareness.

“When you wear those words, what does it do for you," God's Purpose Apparel co-owner Dr. Brittany Bell said. "What purpose does it bring out of you? That’s really what we’re trying to do, we’re trying to spread awareness so that people know more about St. John’s.”
