OSHKOSH, Wis. — Police are investigating what they call an isolated incident involving a man with a gunshot wound.
Police say it happened around 7:53 Monday morning at a residence located on Cimarron Court in the City of Oshkosh.
This incident involved a 26 year old man from Oshkosh, police say, who had a single gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital and the injury appears to be non-life threatening.
Police say further investigation revealed the man had accidentally shot himself. Oshkosh Police say he was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Another man, a 27-year-old man from Oshkosh, was arrested for a probation violation.
