A woman hit by a teenager riding his bike on the sidewalk in Beloit has died of her injuries.
The 58-year-old woman was struck Friday afternoon by the 18-year-old on his bike, causing her to hit her head on the sidewalk. Police say the woman was taken to the hospital where she died.
WKOW-TV reports riding a bike on a sidewalk in Beloit is an ordinance violation. Investigators say the crash appears to be an accident.
