One of two people involved with stealing an ATM and leading officers on a manhunt in Marinette County in April will serve prison time.

Ashley Niewierowski, 27, of Marinette was sentenced to six years in prison and six years extended supervision for her role in the incident.

$19,270.75 restitution also needs to be paid.

Niewierowski and her boyfriend, Chad Setunsky, were accused of stealing an ATM from a Stephenson convenience store in April.

Officers tried to pull over the two for speeding, but it crashed into a pole and both Setunsky and Niewierowski got out and ran away, according to court documents. Officers found parts of the stolen ATM in that truck.

The two were arrested after a two-day manhunt.

Niewierowski must serve 3.5 years in prison before being eligible for any programs to help her get out of prison.
