One woman was sent to the hospital after a house fire early Monday morning.
The fire started around 5:30 a.m. at a home on Pickard Circle in Allouez.
Green Bay Metro fire officials say a woman was brought to the hospital with burns. She also needed to be treated for smoke inhalation.
The battalion chief believes the woman was hurt while trying to get out of the home.
It took about 45 minutes for crews to put the fire out. There is extensive damage to the home.
Crews are still on scene investigating.
