Manitowoc County deputies say 78 year old Dick J. Zastrow was killed in a single vehicle crash Sunday evening.
According to a news release, the crash happened on Viceroy Road in the Town of Two Rivers. Zastrow's Pickup went into ditch and hit a culvert. The investigation determined Zastrow was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
