WASHINGTON DC -- It's a scene all too familiar in northeast Wisconsin, but the Nation's Capital is dealing with a Wisconsin type of winter weather.
St Norbert College's School of Business Dean, Kevin Quinn, is in DC tonight.
"People were grabbing loaves of bread and shopping as if they were going to be out of touch with civilization for a week " says Quinn.
He says its a fifty fifty chance he makes it home Sunday afternoon.
Then, there's Bryon Shea from Neenah enduring the storm as well
"Looking outside the hotel right now there's just plows one after the other" Shea says.
Plows working overtime, as Quinn says it doesn't have the infrastructure for this type of snow storm.
