Owner of Hinterland Brewery, Bill Tressler, joined us on Wisconsin Tonight to talk about their new beer release and their expansion in the Titletown District.
Tressler and his wife started the brewery in 1995. They have locations in Green Bay and Milwaukee.
Hinterland just brought back a beer from retirement -- Weizen Bier. They say it’s their take on the traditional German Hefeweizen. This beer has banana and clove-like flavors, very low bitterness, and an effervescent carbonation. You can find it on tap now at the brewery and in bottles at your favorite craft beer store.
In Spring 2017, they will open a whole new Hinterland experience across from Lambeau Field as part of the Titletown expansion project.
