Dogfish Head is also the official beer of National Record Store Day. The ninth annual event is taking place on Saturday, April 16 around the country. This event started as a way to celebrate the unique culture surrounding nearly 1,400 independently owned record stores in the country. According to the Record Store Day web site, there are participating stores on every continent except Antarctica.
