With summer around the corner, so many parents/guardians are looking for opportunities to keep their kids and teens busy during break. Many people don’t realize that the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay is open all summer long from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., every week.
Programs offer all kids the chance to experience new things, enjoy educational programs, go on field trips and get the most out of their summer break. And these programs are affordable. Parents/guardians spend thousands of dollars on daycare, babysitters and summer programs, but Club is only $10 per year per child. Kids can take part in nearly anything -- from making music in the recording studio to learning how to make lasagna in the kitchen to going out fishing somewhere in town, kids have access to nearly anything they could think of.
There are more than 100 different programs to keep youth busy and having fun throughout the summer.
