SOAR Fox Cities, along with WisconSibs, Inc, and Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin will be hosting their K.I.T.E. Conference (Knowledge. Independence. Togetherness. Empowerment.) this weekend.
This is a mini-conference for parents, family members, self-advocates, and professionals.
