Paperfestis a unique three-day family festival traditionally held at sunset park Kimberly, Wisconsin. This year held at memorial park Combined Locks, Wisconsin.
There’s always a wide variety of activities and music for the entire family, including -- Fireman's Tug of War, Human Foosball, Mid-Summer Classic Softball Tournament, Basketball Tournament, Giant Lawn Games, Minute to Win it, carnival rides, and more. Everyone is welcome and no admission is charged. Paperfest draws more than 25,000 attendees over the three-day event. The festival is run entirely by volunteers and all proceeds from the event go back to the community.
All proceeds are donated to the volunteer groups. Over the past 27 years, Paperfest has raised $764,800 for over 50 civic, community, and service organizations. Last year, it paid out $28,800. After all expenses are paid, the volunteers are paid an hourly wage based on the net proceeds of the event. All checks are sent to the local nonprofit and civic organizations the volunteers are representing. This year’s goal is to provide a family fun event as well as raise at least $50,000 for the local organizations represented.
There will be a free shuttle bus service from the Kimberly High School parking lot to all three entrances of the festival grounds.
