NeighborWorks Green Bay hosting "Community Leadership Institute"

The “Green Bay Community Leadership Institute” will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Southwest High School, Green Bay.  
 
The goal of the one-day training event is to strengthen the voices and leadership skills of community residents and volunteer leaders.  
 
Sessions will include:
 
-Advocating for Your Community
-Getting the Most of Communication Opportunities: Networking and Meetings
-Fundraising Overview
-Special Events Planning
-Personal and Community Asset Mapping
-Art as a Community Building Tool
-Volunteer Management/Recruiting and Engaging Volunteers
-Best of Neighborhood Associations
 
The GBCLI is available to residents throughout Brown County, and the cost is $10 in advance, $20 at the door.  
Registrations are due by Friday, February 24th and can be done online at www.nwgreenbay.org or by calling Jaime Notzen at 920-593-3716.
