The Hortonville Marching band will be holding a special performance to play George Thorogood’s song “Bad to the Bone”.

The event will serve as a welcoming to the legend performing at the Carfish Races taking place in Greenville this July.

Nearly 65 students will be performing on Friday, May 26th at 11:00 a.m. in the main gym at Hortonville High School.  The kids will wear black t-shirts and sunglasses, which is George’s signature wardrobe.

The concert itself is a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and numerous local charities.

Dr. Clint Dorn will be making a donation to the Hortonville band to help raise awareness for the concert.
