The Wisconsin Supreme Court will not review a lawsuit filed in 2013 by 261 teachers in Neenah.

Back in August, the teachers lost their appeal to collect $61 million in retirement benefits after the Second District Court of Appeals ruled the school district acted within its authority.

The teachers' benefits were voided after Governor Walker passed Act 10 which allowed the district to reduce teachers' pensions.
