The State of Wisconsin is in a legal battle with the Trump Administration over the state's Badgercare Plus Program.
The State Department of Justice filing a lawsuit, wanting to prevent the federal government from taking more than 30 million dollars from the Wisconsin Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program known together as Badgercare Plus.
Wisconsin is joined in the suit by Texas, Louisiana, Indiana, Kansas and Nebraska.
