Gov. Scott Walker unveiled his plan for property taxes Tuesday in Waukesha.
He says the typical homeowner will pay $116 less for their property taxes compared with 2010, before he took office.
Gov. Walker says cuts to property taxes have saved homeowners an average of $1700 over the last six years.
