A Brown County Supervisor, Richard Shadewald, is concerned about those people living near wind turbines. He wants money Brown County receives from Duke Energy to be used to investigate whether health problems neighbors are experiencing, such as nausea, headaches and insomnia are caused by the Shirley Wind Farm in the Town of Glenmore. Duke Energy maintains previous scientific tests found no link between the wind turbines and adverse health impacts.
