GREEN BAY, WI--- Another mass shooting in our country sparks the question of what to do in an active shooter situation.
NWTC security manager Randy Schultz says it depends on the situation, but there's usually three options: run, hide, or defend yourself.
“Being aware of where the exits are. If their multiple exits in the room I'm in or you position yourself in certain rooms. If you think of these things beforehand, it will be there when you need it," says Schultz.
Down in the Town of Menasha, officer Jason Weber plans on holding a community discussion to educate people.
“How to recognize that. What are my options? What can we do."
Weber says he hopes to hold that community discussion early next month.
