Detectives from the Waupaca Sheriff's Office are trying to identify a woman they say is a potential witness for an incident that occurred in Waupaca County.
The Sheriff's Office is sharing security pictures of the woman they're searching for. It appears that she has tattoos below her right ear, and on her right leg.
