GREEN BAY, WI -- Supporters of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are soaking in all the debate action Monday night with watch parties, scattered across the region.

At the Republican Party of Brown Co. headquarters, in Allouez, there were about 30 people in attendance, clapping and laughing during the debate as the candidates often spoke over each other.

As the clock counted down, these Trump supporters were both eager and curious to hear their candidate speak.

Collectively, the crowd cheered at Trump's jabs at Clinton, especially when he brought up Clinton's deleted emails. They've called it the "same old same old" Clinton, and her career in politics.

Overall, they were satisfied with Trump's conduct, and combination of tackling segment questions, punctuated with the in-your-face style Trump presents.

But many present say he should release his tax returns.

"I think people were trying to get him to lose his temper," says one Trump supporter "because they've been saying so many bad things about him in the press because of the last debate. She's trying to bait him, and I don't think it's going to work. I think he is rattling her."

"Actually I think he did very very well," adds another viewer, "[but] I think he does need to release his tax statement, because that is going to be a thorn in his side going forward. She cannot release all her emails, because they've been [deleted]... and you cannot do that unless you have something to hide. But he does really need to release his taxes, [and] that will end that."

Supporters say its also time for people who have been reluctant to show their support for Trump to not be so intimidated as they enter the 11th hour.

Meanwhile, Clinton supporters were also gathering in Green Bay at one of 50 watch parties hosted by Hillary for Wisconsin, Monday night.

Clinton supporters say they're impressed with their candidate throughout the entire debate.

At the Democratic Party of Brown Co. HQ, supporters say Clinton stayed relatively calm when under fire.

One thing many viewers say they were watching closely was the anticipated double standard Clinton would allegedly be facing during the debate.

Some analysts say, on top of having detailed answers, Clinton was also expected to be more human, and "likeable."

"If you've served for 30 years, people have watched you a long time," says supporter and volunteer Carol Spice. "So, I think she's judged harder, and harsher, and I think she comes out much better. I love her experience."

"She has to do all of those things.. plus know everything that you need to know about being president,"
adds Party Vice Chair Rich Langan. "All [Trump] can do is just look pretty and expound. Who would you want to lead your country?"

Here in Wisconsin, the latest Marquette Law School poll shows Clinton leading Trump 44 percent, to 42 percent among likely voters.

Among registered voters, that's 43 percent for Clinton, and 38 percent for Trump.
