OSHKOSH, WI -- The Republicans just finished their convention, and Donald Trump came out of it with a three point lead in the latest CNN poll.
We learned in a tweet tonight, Republican Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence will be making his first solo appearance as Donald Trump's running mate in Waukesha Wednesday morning.
For many Republicans, it's now about uniting behind the message of anyone but Hillary Clinton.
And this new controversy over e-mails involving the now former Democratic National Committe Chair, and an alleged bias in favor of Clinton, is doing more than upsetting many Sanders supporters
It's also fuel on the Republican campaign trail.
Today, Governor Scott Walker stopped by EAA Airventure in Oshkosh, and told reporters there's a recurring theme of mistrust regarding Clinton's campaign that's angering voters.
"And... when you start seeing e-mails yet again, contradicting some of the things that she, and her campaign, and others associated with her in the national party were saying, it's not only something that affects independents," says Walker. "I mean, even some of the Bernie Sanders supporters are put off by it."
Walker added he wouldn't trust Hillary Clinton with the password to his iPhone.
He also says he sees his vote for president as more of a vote to keep liberal justices out of the Supreme Court.
