The Winnebago County Board vote to install temporary traffic lights and safety improvements at the intersection of Oakridge Road and CB in the Town of Neenah failed.
The proposal had been presented to the Board in the form of a petition with over 2,000 signatures.
Neighbors of the area said they hoped to resolve the regular accidents that occur in the area.
