Wisconsin Red Cross is sending volunteers to flood devastated Texas to help victims. First time volunteer Kathleen Stewardson, a professional counselor, is headed to Austin, Texas for ten days to assist a mental health crisis team. "People trust the Red Cross and to be apart of that is great," Stewardson.
