BELLEVUE, Wis-- A planned dog park in Bellevue takes another step forward.
The village board will select a contractor at Wednesday night’s board meeting.
The Laura and Peter Mossakowski Family Dog Park plan was approved back in 2010, and the master plan passed the village board in December.
Organizers hope construction can begin in July.
An opening date is scheduled for Labor Day Weekend.
A dog park committee will continue to raise money for future phases of the dog park that could include splash pads and an obstacle course.
