Victim identified in Fond du Lac suspicious death

Police believe he's a homicide victim

FOND DU LAC, Wis. - The man found dead in a vacant parking lot Saturday in Fond du Lac has been identified.

Logan C. Foster, 30, of Fond du Lac was found in the lot of 260 Forest Ave around 7:40 a.m. on September 23.

Police believe he is a homicide victim.

Officers found Foster's body with multiple injuries and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police believe the incident leading up to Foster's death took place in the area of 260 Forest Ave across from the Press Box Tavern early Saturday morning.

There's now a makeshift memorial where Foster's body was found. Neighbors said it's a tragic situation.

"I think I went to bed around 2 Friday and I didn't hear anything," said Juan Josebanda. "It's just a shame, he was still young."
