Kiel Police said a tip helped them identify the suspects responsible for vandalism at Kiwanis Park on June 24.
Officers said two juveniles, ages 14 and 16, were involved in the acts of vandalism to the bathroom.
The teens will be referred to Manitowoc County Juvenile authorities on charges related to the offense.
The vandalism happened on June 24 at the park located on East Fremont Street.
Officers said black spray paint was used to spray images and words on the walls, doors, toilets, urinal and light fixtures in both the men's and women's restrooms.
According to police the words and images are vulgar, racist, drug related and anti-police.
