The University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh is offering a reward tonight after two suspicious fires.
The latest started just after 4 p.m. Monday, afternoon in Fletcher Hall. Students had to evacuate the residence hall for about 90 minutes. Investigators say the flames were contained to the basement of the building. This is the second fire in Fletcher Hall in just 48 hours. The University is offering a five hundred dollar reward for information leading to who's responsible.
