Two people were seriously injured after a crash in Outagamie County.
The two-vehicle crash happened just before 7:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of State Trunk Highway 96 and Midway Road in the Town of Dale.
Officers said an east bound pick-up truck struck the rear of a passenger vehicle that was negotiating a left turn on Midway Road from State Trunk Highway 96.
Both people inside the car were injured. The passenger was flown by Theda Star to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah with life-threatening injuries.
The driver was brought via ambulance to a hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
All occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the crash.
The conditions of the two injured people is not known at this time.
State Trunk Highway 96 was closed for approximately three hours.
