The Oshkosh Fire Department responded to a fire at 145 High Avenue early Saturday morning.
Police said that the second floor of the building was filled with smoke and flames were visible when they arrived.
Police got one person on the second floor out. Firefighters got a second person out through a window.
Both people went to the hospital - one with second degree burns and the other for smoke inhalation.
The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Police said that the investigation continues, but the fire does not appear to be suspicious.
