The Neenah-Menasha Fire Department rescued two people from Lake Winnebago Monday evening.
Fire officials say they responded after a sailboat had mechanical issues and the two people got into the water to work on the motor. The sailboat drifted away. The two people in the water did have personal flotation devices on and were not hurt.
Two people were also on board the sailboat and called for help.
Crews with the Neenah-Menasha Fire Department pulled the sailboat back into Riverside Park.
