Sheriff's deputies say two Florence High School students were killed in a car crash Friday morning.
It happened on County Highway N, one mile north of Power Dam Road in Commonwealth Township.
Deputies say the car was going north on County N when it failed to negotiate a corner. The car then crossed the centerline, went off the road, and hit a tree. The car then burst into flames.
The names of the victims will not be released until family members can be notified.
School staff and counselors will be available for students and families at Florence High School on Saturday.
