A trial date has been set for the mother accused of killing her two-year-old son in Sheboygan Falls in 2016.
On Monday, the trial for Katlyn Kinateder was scheduled for May 30th. A motion hearing was also set for April 6th.
Kinateder is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse in the August 4, 2016 death of her son Dexter. She is accused of suffocating her child with a plastic bag and hiding his body in a cardboard box.
The lead investigator in the case, Sheboygan Falls Officer Douglas Hall, testified in an earlier court appearance Kinateder told him she had "lost her mind" and that "voices told her (Dexter) couldn't live anymore."
