Update: Train derailment cleared in Downtown Green Bay.

A derailed train is causing a traffic backup in downtown Green Bay. Police say a train derailed in the yard near Prairie Street. This caused another train to become stranded blocking the crossings at Walnut and Main streets. Police are directing traffic and pedestrians around the blockage.
