The K9 alerted on the car which led to a search and the discovery of some drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

The driver, a 36-year-old Menasha man, was taken into custody for OWI – 5th offense and possession of methamphetamine as well as being issued citations for displaying unauthorized license plates and operating after revocation.

The man was taken to the Winnebago County Jail where some additional methamphetamine was discovered during the booking process.
