Names released in fatal Fond du Lac I-41 crash

Update: David Michael Button, 26, of Neenah, and a 8-year-old boy who's name will not be released by the State Patrol due to being a juvenile died in the crash.

An 8-year-old boy and 26-year-old man from Neenah died Wednesday in a car accident on I-41 near Fond du Lac, according to the Wisconsin DOT. Names have not been released, pending notification of the families. 
 
The crash happened at 11:46 a.m. on I-41 at Highway 23 near Fond du Lac. 
 
A 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with three passengers, driven by a 23-year-old Neenah woman, slowed to stop behind a semi-truck and was struck from behind by a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with two passengers inside.
 
The impact pushed the Chevy Cruze into the rear of the semi.
 
A 26-year-old man from Neenah and an 8-year-old boy in the Chevy Cruze were pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The 23-year-old woman and the 32-year-old driver of the Jeep Grand Cherokee were taken to St. Agnes Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 
 
The passenger in the Jeep, a 35-year-old from Eldorado, was taken to Theda Clark by Flight for Life with serious injuries.
 
The driver of the semi, a 60-year-old man from Hilbert, was not injured in the crash.
 
No names have been released. Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.
