Townhomes dedicated in Green Bay

Five new townhomes were dedicated Thursday in Green Bay.

The houses are located across the street from Navarino Park on the east side.

The homes are part of a revitalization project by NeighborWorks Green Bay. All units are 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath and appliances are included. One of the units is income restricted which means it will be sold to a working family at or below 80% of area median income.

The range in price from the $150’s-$170’s. The homes are now for sale. 

NeighborWorks Green Bay nonprofit that promotes homeownership. They build and renovate homes, as well as help with financial counseling and even down payments and closing cost assistance. 

“We're looking for families to settle into these properties and think they'll be good neighbors for years to come,” said Noel Halvorsen, NeighborWorks Green Bay President & CEO.

NBC26’s Cassandra Duvall was a guest speaker at the open house and dedication. She worked with NeighborWorks through the home buying process. She is also a member of the NEWTRAC Advisory Council.
