Voters in the Town of Menasha overwhelming voted to incorporate into the Village of Fox Crossing. The decision divides the west portion of the town from the east. Town of Menasha Chairman Dale Youngquist says this allows the community to protect it's boarders from annexation from neighboring communities. The next step will be electing two separate boards while agreements are drawn up to join the eastside of town into the Village. Youngquist says they hope to have that done by September, " The residents should see no changes in services nothing what so ever," said Youngquist.
