Briq's SoftServe, or you may know it as the "Home of the 1 lb. Cone," is a Wausau-based ice cream shop. Briq's has three Wisconsin locations in Wausau, Weston and Mosinee. The Wausau and Weston locations opened on Feb. 28, and the Mosinee location opened on March 2.
