A federal grand jury returned a three-count indictment against three people allegedly involved in drug trafficking on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
The incident charges Woody Nahquaddy, 31, Mitchell Oshkosh, 30, and Austin Kaquatosh, 23, with conspiracy to distribute a Schedule I controlled substance. Each faces a maximum sentence of up to 20 years' imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine, and 3 years to a lifetime of supervised release.
Nahquaddy is also charged with a possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance.
According to the indictment, Nahquaddy, Oshkosh, Kaquatosh and others conspired to obtain and sell synthetic cannabinoids over a nearly two year period.
