Thousands of people came out to annual Turkey Trot runs and walks around Northeast Wisconsin on Thanksgiving.
The event includes a five mile run, a two mile fun run, and the two mile walk.
Runners and walkers showed up to participate in cities around our area.
People we talked with said that it's a great way to start their thanksgiving.
"It'll be a lot of fun I think," Bonnie Levy said. "It's just a nice way to spend time with your kids and get out of the house and get some exercise before you bulk up with turkey dinner later."
A sweet reward of pumpkin pie awaited runners and walkers at the finish line.
