February is National Heart Month. It was declared back in the 1960's when more than half of all deaths in the United States were caused by cardiovascular diseases.
More than 800,000 people in the United States die from heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases each year. 80% of these diseases may be preventing by focusing on eating better and by controlling your cholesterol and blood pressure.
