The Oshkosh Police department is investigating several burglaries

The Oshkosh Police department is investigating several burglaries that happened between September 9th and September 27th. Police say these burglaries generally took place in the residential area surrounding the UW Oshkosh campus area.

In a news release, Oshkosh Police say unlocked homes, garages and cars have been targeted. Places with easy access points, such as an open window, have also been targeted. Police say most of the burglaries have taken place when it's dark out. 

Police do not have a suspect description. 

The police department is asking people to lock their doors and cars and secure their valuables. If you are missing property or see suspicious activity please notify the Oshkosh Police Department.
