Ten O One Club arson suspect's attorney seeks more time

Posted
Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton appeared in a Brown County courtroom Monday for a status conference on arson and federal child abuse charges he's facing for his alleged role in an August 21 fire at the Ten O One Club in Green Bay.

Castilloveitia-Quinton's attorney previously entered a not guilty by reason of mental defect to the crimes. On Monday, the attorney requested more time to acquire mental health documents.

In court documents, prosecutors say Castilloveitia-Quinton lured four children inside the closed nightclub call it his secret hideout. The fire started shortly after in a rear apartment. The prosecutors and defense lawyer will find third party experts to either refute or support the claim of a mental defect.

Castilloveitia-Quinton is due back in court in March for another status conference.
